3. Products & Authenticity

We specialise in the sale of luxury watches, primarily pre-owned.
All watches are guaranteed authentic. If an item is proven counterfeit by a recognised authority, we will issue a full refund.
Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but may vary slightly.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).
Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
Accepted payment methods: BACS.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the UK and internationally (restrictions may apply).
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

6. Returns & Cancellations (Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your watch.
You must notify us in writing (email or letter) within this period to exercise this right.
Watches must be returned in the same condition as sold, with all original packaging, paperwork, and accessories.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Watches that have been worn, altered, customised, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

7. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, pre-owned watches are sold “as is” without manufacturer warranty.
If we offer our own limited warranty, details will be stated clearly on the product page.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Scottish law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
